Our Patient Portal provides a secure communication channel that enables our patients to be proactive in the management of you and your family’s own health.
Pay your medical bill online, review your personal health records (PHR), view lab results, request refills of authorized prescriptions, view upcoming appointments, request referrals, request education material, or simply ask general questions.
Fully integrated with the healow app, patients can access their patient portal account securely and manage their family’s healthcare anytime, anywhere. For security reasons, we require activation requests to be completed in our office.

First Visit Guide
When you come for your Appointments, please remember to bring the following:

Driver’s License or a valid ID

To Cancel an Appointment
Telephone the office during business hours and allow at least 1 days’ notice so that we can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.
We recognize that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally emergencies or patients require a little more time, and these cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologize if we keep you waiting.
